Admissions to our nursing programs are conducted with complete transparency and strict adherence to the guidelines prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), Haryana Nurses Registration Council (HNRC), and Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Haryana.
Every stage of the admission process is designed to ensure fair selection, eligibility compliance, and student preparedness for a demanding healthcare profession.
Steps to Apply

Check Course-Specific Eligibility
Before applying, candidates are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria applicable to the chosen programme (ANM or GNM), as defined by INC, HN & NMC, and DMER norms.
Eligibility typically considers:
- Educational qualifications
- Age requirements
- Medical fitness
- Other statutory conditions as applicable

Apply on the Online Admission Portal of HN& NM
Eligible candidates may obtain the official admission form through either of the following modes:

Applicants must ensure that all details are filled accurately and completely, as incomplete or incorrect information may lead to rejection.
Submit Documents and Report to the Principal
Completed application forms must be submitted along with the required supporting documents.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for counselling, where academic background, course suitability, and career expectations are discussed to ensure the right academic fit.
List of Documents Required
- Completed admission form
- Proof of date of birth
- Character Certificate
- Aadhaar Card (or valid ID proof)
- Class 10 & 12 mark sheets and certificates
- Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- 6 Recent passport-size photographs
All documents must be original for verification, along with 2 sets self-attested photocopies.
Medical Fitness Evaluation
All selected candidates are required to undergo a medical fitness examination as per regulatory norms.
This step ensures that students are:
- Physically and mentally fit for clinical duties
- Capable of handling hospital postings and practical training
- Prepared for the physical demands of nursing education
Medical fitness is a mandatory requirement for final admission approval.
Admission Confirmation & Fee Submission
Admission is confirmed only after:
- Successful completion of counselling and medical evaluation
- Submission of prescribed admission and tuition fees within the stipulated timeline given by HN & NMC
Upon confirmation, students receive:
- Official admission confirmation
- Academic session details
- Orientation and reporting instructions
Failure to report and submit fees within the prescribed period may result in cancellation of the provisional seat, in accordance with institutional and regulatory policies.
