All fee-related matters are governed by institutional policies and applicable regulatory guidelines. Students and parents are advised to carefully review the following rules to ensure smooth academic continuity and compliance throughout the course duration.

Fee Payment Schedule

  • Academic fees must be paid semester-wise or year-wise, strictly as per the schedule notified by the institution.
  • Fee payment deadlines will be communicated through official notices or the institution's website.
  • Students are responsible for adhering to announced timelines to avoid penalties or disruption in academic activities.

Late Fee Policy

  • Late fee charges will be applicable if payment is not made within the prescribed due date.
  • The amount and duration of late fees shall be determined by the institution and may vary based on the delay period.
  • Continued non-payment beyond the permissible grace period may result in temporary suspension from classes or withholding of examination forms.

Non-Refundable Fee Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, as per institutional rules.
  • This applies irrespective of course discontinuation, withdrawal after admission confirmation, or non-attendance of classes.
  • Admission cancellation, if any, will be governed strictly by prevailing institutional and regulatory norms.

Hostel & Mess Charges

  • Hostel and mess fees are separate from academic fees and must be paid as per the hostel fee schedule.
  • All residential charges are subject to hostel rules, code of conduct, occupancy and facility usage.
  • Non-payment of hostel or mess fees may lead to revocation of hostel accommodation.

Mode of Fee Payment

  • All payments must be made only through official and approved payment channels authorised by the institution.
  • Accepted modes include: Bank transfer, Demand Draft, Online payment portals, and other notified institutional methods.

Cash payments or payments made through unauthorised sources will not be accepted or recognised.

Fee Receipts & Records

  • Official receipts will be issued for every payment made.
  • Students and parents are advised to retain all payment receipts and maintain personal records for future reference.

Important Notes

  • Fee structures are subject to revision as per regulatory or institutional directives.
  • Any dispute related to fee payment shall be resolved under institutional jurisdiction.
  • The institution reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of policy violation.
